I know this is a subject of great contention... But I've heard he's been popping up on some waiver wires in some leagues. Any idea when he'll hit the wire on espn? This could be a potentially easy pickup.

I don't know, but when he is there do what ever you can in a keeper/dynasty to get him.

I have the #1 waiver position in my keeper league, but haven't been able to make any sense of when ESPN make prospects available...

Keep the #1 waiver, if they call Strasburg up this year then he will definitely appear in the player pool
