I don't think most managers will take bench players on offense for pitchers in a trade. Just my experience. I think you should drop Guillen. Teahen, while certainly not a starter on your squad will have 1B,2B,3B,OF eligibility. He can cover several positions in case of injury. Guillen has little value on your team. After making that move you can drop another backup outfielder and pick up a pitcher. Your pitching is thin and as you have mentioned most teams will have surplus pitchers and maybe one offensive bench player. Hope everything works out for you.

I would drop either Church or Teahen ... if Teahen is due to get 2B eligibility, then drop Church. I think there are guys out there that can give you what Church would, and I hear the concussions still mess with him...

Personally i'm not a fan of Teahen, Guillen, or Church. But of those 3, I like Church the least. I just really don't see the upside in him.
