I love Motte but in your case you need Pablo more.
I'd probably be very tempted in your case to drop Thome and Devine for BOTH Pablo and Motte.

Agreed... Sandoval all the way in your shoes. I don't trust Longoria too much just yet, same for Lee. With Sandoval eligible at C, 1B and 3B - he'll help you out more in batting than Motte will help your pitching.

Drop Thome add Sandoval ... Pick up Motte!!! for Bakers spot

Sandoval offers great flexibility and Motte can throw some gas...

Add Sandoval with Baker's DL spot. Sandoval has value but he won't be cracking your lineup much as you're pretty solid at C/1B/3B/Util. He brings nice flexibility and could allow for you to work a trade somewhere.
