what i think people are missing is that beltran is still getting better and better and better. he is heading into the prime of his career, and i just dont see why he isnt capable of hitting 40 HR's.

There's no reason at all to think that Beltran can hit 33% more home runs this year than he has in any past year.

All off season I've been saying he'll go 30/50.........I guess we'll see if it happens. He certainly has the speed and power to do so, but the only question is if he gets the green light. The 30 HR will be the hard part, not the 50 SB's. He's quite possibly the best base stealer in the game.
