You have waaaaay too many steals and not enough middle-of-the-order rbi and hr pop. In the of, Sizemore, Holliday, and Upton are good dual-threat guys (at least hopefully, in Upton's case). After that, you want mostly power (since you're getting a decent number of steals already, and fast leadoff guys only help you in one cat, while middle-of-the-lineup guys help in two). I'd look to trade Victorino -- he's got solid value, but you should be okay on steals without him. Try to move him for a good slugger. I'd drop Nady for someone with more upside (again, power upside). I don't think he'll play enough to be worth the roster spot.
On pitching, you need a closer or two. Devine is seeing Dr Death. But I don't think your starters are bad at all. Yes, there are injuries, and some may regress, but it's not a good idea trying to guess which ones will have a down year. Just roll with these guys while things shake out. The injuries to Hamels and Baker don't sound too bad, yet. Lackey's out a while but worth the wait. Harden's perfect for a roto league (don't have to count on him for the playoffs, just get the stats when he's going). Those 4 are all excellent pitchers. Zambrano is a good rebound pick. I'm not a fan of Lee, but, hey, he won the CY, it's a good pick whatever my bias. The rest are all dependable or high upside. I don't see any major issues there to start the season. Just be ready to adjust, as always.
