Any updates on Ichiro's fatigue thats kept him out the last three days?
I had the worst draft ever (my first time playing 5x5) and despite Hanley falling to me w/ the 3rd pick, I took Ichiro w/ my 2nd pick. Is it me or does he seem like his age is going to catch up and his #'s will drop considerably.
I wouldn't take Ichiro unless I knew I was going to be able to get a glut of R, HR, and RBI elsewhere.
You're all set for speed though...
I don't think you meant to include R in that list did you? Ichiro is a good run scorer despite the lineup following him. Dude, getting Hanley with 3rd pick should have set you up to win the league but if you took Ichiro in the 2nd round you screwed up. You should have taken a power hitting OF/1b or Lincecum/Johan at that pick after getting Hanley, assuming you are talking 5x5 roto and not h2h.
yea, i screwed up a lot of the draft...a lot of the power hitters were gone at that point - i def need more power in my lineup...shoulda taken Lincecum
so, bleeding ulcer that is no longer bleeding. Are we looking at 15 day DL stint retroactive to March _ _ something? Or is this the type of injury that could last for a while and cut into production.
he'll be fine once its gone. he must be really stressed out since thats really one of the only ways you can get an ulcer unless you go on an ibuprofen binge for a couple weeks. his return depends on how much blood he lost, if he lost a little then he should bounce right back, but if he lost a decent amount..it might take him a couple weeks to regain his endurance
