Well, who should I drop or pick up? What is my strengths and weaknesses? Any thoughts? Tell me what do you think.

I like your pitching. I think you're good there, though you may want to look to add a closer when a good one comes available. (To help win the cat, first, but also as insurance if one of your guys is injured/struggles -- I generally don't feel comfortable until I have 3 closers.) You have good hitters, but you're lacking in pop. Carrying Ichiro in the of always hurts that, and Roberts, Furcal, and Damon will have modest hr/rbi totals, as well. I'd look to move one of those guys (preferably Ichiro) for more of a middle-of-the-lineup type, hr-rbi guy.

you should get decent power from iannetta, mcab, and lee (and maybe davis).

speed won't be a problem with roberts, furcal and suzuki (even damon and maybe maybin). this is your big strength to trade with

starting pitching won't knock your socks off but its very solid. if either of greinke or felix improve over last year or really break out, you'll be just fine.

only thing i'd watch is the waivers for potential RPs if francisco or fuentes struggle, like jackie says.

lopez is a starting 2b in a 12 man league, and you have roberts. might be able to find some nice trade value with either one of them to address your power shortage in the OF/Util
