Dropped LaRoche to get Sandoval now thinking about trading Atkins to help out elswhere. Sandoval will be my only eligible 1B is he = or an upgrade over Atkins?

No, at first base I give the edge to the established Atkins.

Atkins easily. I think Sandoval is starting to become overvalued. He has tremendous value as a C but I don't think it carries beyond that.
