Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

I've got the 2nd and 9th overall picks in a 14-team keeper league. Each team has kept three players. I'm unsure about where to go at No. 9.
My keepers are:
1B Lance Berkman
3B Evan Longoria
OF Carlos Lee
The top players in the draft are:
OF Manny Ramirez
OF Jason Bay
OF Alex Rios
OF Curtis Granderson
C Russell Martin
C Geovany Soto
SS Alexei Ramirez
SS Troy Tulowitzki
P Cole Hamels
P Jake Peavy
P Roy Oswalt
P James Shields
I'm going with Bay or Rios at No. 2. I just don't trust Manny to play enough games. At No. 9, I'm thinking hard between Oswalt and Russell Martin. I actually prefer Oswalt over Hamels and Peavy -- call me crazy, I know. I think Hamels is a bit of an injury risk after throwing so many inning last season. And Peavy won't get enough wins to justify such a high pick. If I don't get a pitcher at No. 9, I might have to rely on a guy like AJ Burnett to be my ace. My next pick is No. 29.
I'm usually leery about taking a catcher so high, but my team is short on short on speed -- none of the legit 35-plus base stealers are available -- and getting 12-15 from my catcher will be a boost.
Suggestions?
I appreciate the advice.

The way Manny hit last year with the Dodgers, I would pick him first as the safest bet for big numbers from a future hall of famer. I like the idea of Peavy or Oswalt next.

For pick 2...
Manny
Bay
Rios
For pick 9...
Peavy
Hamels
(Are other quality SPs available? I assume they are. If other top 10 SPs are there then you can hold off here and go with Martin/Soto/Ramirez)

Appreciate the input. I know I probably should take Manny, but I just don't believe he'll play more than 130 games or produce the way he did last year after he was traded to the Dodgers. That's why I'm leaning toward Bay.
Most of the top-tier pitchers are kept. Here's what is available:
Hamels
Peavy
Oswalt
Shields
Felix
Lee
Billingsly
Beckett
Greinke
Gollardo
Matsuzaka
Lester

Prob won't change your mind but id definately grab Manny at 2 if he's there.
I agree with the previous poster. Stay away from Oswalt in a keeper.
Id take Hamels,Peavy,Shields at 9 if they are there in that order.
