Inge yes, Choo no imo.

If you can find someone who thinks he'll keep up his recent ridiculous pace, I'd sell right away. The additional risk of injury, especially towards the end of a full season, would encourage me to sell.

I ended up trading D. Lee and Bedard for Heath Bell and Juan Rivera :)

Because It grabbed me one of the top 3 closers in addition to already having Nathan on my team (needed a potential replacement for Capps in case her gets traded to a team that already has a closer). I was happy to package Bedard in there to grab Rivera as my OF bench/Util guy because I picked up Jered Weaver in another trade I did a couple days before. I'm happy w/ the trade, I was thinking w/ long term in mind when putting D. Lee out there.

My line-up now for the second half...

League: Y! 12-team H2H Non-keeper (1 DL spot, 50 move WW cap)
Stats: R/HR/RBI/SB/K/AVG/W/SV/K/ERA

C - Sandoval
1B - Loney
2B - Cano
3B - McGehee
SS - Jeter
OF - Ellsbury, Werth, Kemp
Util/BN: Juan Rivera, Lind, Luke Scott

SP: Vazquez, Jered Weaver, Lackey, Wandy, Kuroda, Nolasco
RP: Nathan, Bell, Capps, Bailey

Need to flip one of my OFs though so working on a trade for another decent SP at the moment.

Brandon Inge is an interesting case. if your using him at catcher he could still be one of the better ones through the end of the season. he plays every day at 3B where most catchers dont play as often, so unless your carrying 2 catchers your going to get maximum stats from your catching position. the AVG probually wont be good, but the power should remain steady.

Adam Jones is one who screams to me sell high.
he hasnt been as good over the last month anyway, but some of his numbers from fangraphs.com arnt pretty.

Just traded Adam Jones and Casey McGehee for Matt Holliday and Ricky Nolasco...

I'm thinkin Jones may fade a little and Holliday landing some where nice and big second half for Nolasco..

This made my All Star break
