Better deal for you, by far, yet it is still NOT vetoable. You get a top tier player, and move a 2nd tier 1B as well as a middle to upperish tier OFer.

You are definitely getting the best player in the deal, but it seems about even to me. I assume it's not a keeper but Abreu can still go .290 90 runs 90 rbis 18 home runs and steal 15 bases. So go with your gut, but MigCab is definitely worth it.
Please help with mine.
