I am in a Home Run league in which we draft 5 players each and add up the total amount of HR's that they have throughout the year and then that is the winner.
I have 12th and last pick.
These in my estimation are the best HR hitters available:

David Wright
Josh Hamilton
Evan Longoria
Carlos Lee
Carlos Quentin
Soriano
Berkman

Which two should I pick with my 12th and 13th picks?

I would go Hamilton and Quentin. I think the two of them are HR machines.

However, Wright is intriguing as an option as well so I would consider him too. So if it were me I would target Hamilton and Quentin and pick Wright only if one of the other two were taken.
