Harang has more upside, though wandy is an ok pitcher. I would go Harang

you have your answer, i think, but i also like harang. wandy will get some K's, but not like harang...and i'm personally a fan of high K pitchers, even if the ERA is sklightly inflated (in harang's case). see mine?
