I think you have an excellent offense and it really doesn't need any work. Your pitching looks good to me too, but a lot of those guys are very talented "maybe's". You should look to get more flexibility/security to your staff. I would think about packaging Wieters and a SP for a #1 SP. Then start your #1 no matter what, and play matchups with the rest of your staff.
