I haven't seen your team, but valuewise alone, I would certainly take Tex for Hamels

Am I ok with Konerko and Huff? Morales will be available at 1B as well in a few weeks or is Tex the real deal? Hamels is my ace and not ranked as high as Tex in overall drafting position.

oh wait, is that your team in that jumbled mess of numbers? haha sorry... If hamels is your ace you might want to reconsider. But personally, I think the value might be too good to pass up.

Your pitching staff is solid and Hamels is definitely your ace but if you are able to get Tex for Hamels then I would do it, Tex is much more guaranteed to be healthy and your staff will not collapse without Hamels
