How can I improve? WHIR

10 team roto 5x5. I think I've got a pretty good team, I've certainly got too much pitching and saves to spare.

What I'm really looking for is advice on some players to target or moves to consider making. Also Chris Ray is on the WW and I'd love to do a 2/1 and pick him up although I'm considering dropping Randy Johnson straight up for him... not that I need the closer but it'd be nice to have the market cornered.

One guy in the league has Kemp (and PLENTY of other decent bats) and literally 1 closer but for whatever reason he is secure with this. Would be a perfect trading partner.

The main reason the guy with kemp is so secure with it is the fact that there are only about 10 closers who have a real hold on the closer spot for the whole year. Even k-rod could be demoted to the set up role with a slump and a proven guy like putz as the current set up man.

My main thought on your team is trade Posada and Mike Gonzalez. Posada is a a great player, but at 37 I just dont trust he will make it a whole season without going on the DL. Also, Mike gonzalez is as injury prone has there is. He will be on the DL by mid-may. I would consider betting money on that.

You definitely have plenty of closers. I think I would be nervous about your OF. My first move would be to package Holliday or Hart with a closer for a better OF option. Shoot higher then Kemp. I'd try Holliday and Valverde for C.Lee (maybe Quentin), then pick up Ray.

You're that down on Holliday? I had the option of both Quentin and Lee over Holliday and would much rather have the 5 tool production.

I can understand getting rid of Hart, and if I could get Lee or Quentin for him and Valverde I think that would be a pretty decent deal for both teams.
