I am weak at 3b I can put Russell Martin there hoping Sandoval can keep this up if not I need to keep Martin at C. My SP is pretty solid. This trade was offered to me he has Chris Davis also should I look at Billingsly for Davis?
My team

1b Howard
2b Phillips
3b Russell Martin
CI Derek Lee
MI Tejada
OF Sizemore Beltran Hart
Util Dye
Bench Jay Bruce Cantu
SP Webb Haren Billingsley Lester Vasquez Carpenter Bedard

IMO the Webb for ARam deal is a good one. I think you have enough pitching to lose Webb. Plus I'm a Lester believer.

I'm the wrong person to ask because i have a Man-Crush on ARAM.
He is slightly prone to injury and that might be the wildcard on this deal for me though.
I'll take a "similarly" ranked position player over a PITCHER everytime this early in the season because Pitchers in my mind are always replaceable.
So I'm split and not much assistance.
For what its worth I LOVE me some SANDOVAL as well. I think he is one of the guys that can even surpass the hype. If he ends up being that good you won't regret NOT making this trade.
Here's the breaking point for me. I do not like having lots of guys from the same teams and you've already got DLee. Reason I don't like that is because its like a 1-2 (or 1-2-3) combo knockout punch for that week if that team is facing (oh let's say the DBacks) Webb and Haren back to back.

Personally, I wouldn't do either trade. While you're solid at pitching you don't need to lose a stud like Webb or a potential monster in Billingsly. I think Sandoval will have a monster year and you're pretty solid in other areas. Besides, in an 8 team league you'll have the opportunity to pick up another stick if either of those guys gets off to a slow start.
I agree with one of the other posters as well, it's difficult to have 2 guys in the same lineup that bat back to back.
Need help as well:

Your pitching is good enough to trade Webb.
Haren,Bills are 2 aces who should be enough to carry you staff. Vazquez,Bedard and Lester should also have good years.
Id make the deal for ARam who you can basically bank for .300/30/100 or more
