If its a yearly redraft, Lowe has really looked good I heard..I'd go with him.

IF you feel you have ten stud keepers, then go with Lowe
If you feel you're short on keepers, and you'd keep Pelfrey then go with Pelfrey.

I would go with Lowe. He will help you the most this season. None of the 3 are really keeper potential.
