I'd hold on to Morrow. He's taking the Papelbon route and becoming a permanent reliever who instantly becomes the best option for saves in the Mariners pen. The Mariners won't be as awful as many think as long as Felix Hernandez and Erik Bedard stay healthy. I wouldn't be shocked if he finishes the year with more saves than any of your current relievers, Capps, Gregg or Francisco.
If you are dead set on grabbing Joba (and with a rotation of Cain/Garza/Dice-K/Pelfrey I guess I can see why) and have to drop an RP, then I'd cut Gregg loose. Marmol will be closing by June at the latest. After that, I'd drop Francisco, though I really like his peripherals (83K in 63IP last year) and his only real competition for saves is CJ Wilson.
Good luck!

Thanks for the reply. Marrow can play as either a SP or RP, so I didnt count him as a RP. So is it worth picking Joba up?

How much are saves worth? If your starting "P"s there and not SP/RP, I think closers *unless top options* are overvalued, I'd rather stream 2SP IMO. Trust me worth more points. I'd cut Francisco or Gregg loose, you could use the SP help and Joba will definitely help you.
