my johan,felix,pence for his grady,czam,pettitte
at 1st glance i said no but looking into it i have pitching to spend with verlander,bedard,cueto,danks,harden still in my lineup... grady is the best player of the deal n the pitching i lose no wins for pettitte n czam play for better teams and will strive with decent era n whip which my others will help n a slight k lose but not woried with harden,bedard,czam,cueto

I think you give up a TON shipping off Johan, but you gain just as much with SIZEMORE.
Depends on the rest of your roster, especially on your OF for me.
To be honest, I like this trade at first glance if for no other reason than that Sizemore is about 27 y/o and Johan is 30... assuming you're in a keeper league I'd rather have Sizemore. Pitching is always replaceable if you can find this year's Lincecum.
