Important trade for me, accept? Advice would be great

Been offered HIS Carlos Lee for my Lance Berkman. He would also like my M.Rivera. Thought about offering Berkman and Rivera for his Seizmore. I can pick up Motte as FA and trade extra OF for Votto or Aramis Ramirez. Any thoughts? My roster as follows

I really like the Sizemore/Motta/Votto thing if you really could pull that off.

I wouldn't do the Lee deal he offered if he wants Rivera AND Berkman. But I would give Berkman and Rivera for Sizemore a shot, especially if you can pick up Motte and maybe swing a deal for Votto. Getting rid of Berkman isn't a terrible idea right now but it may not be easy due to his arm issues (if it turns into something serious/long term)
