I agree with a previous poster, go with Votto and Chris Davis for sure! I would either go for the closers or go for Adam Wainwright he is awesome! So far you have a really solid team, good luck!

Help with mine?

I'll have to disagree with a lot of folks here -

If OB% is the factor, Chipper Jones is your man. Votto and McLouth will kill you there. Don't know enough about Chris Davis at this part of the draft. Just get a nice backup 3b - lots of them this year, even Sandoval if you want to go young.

If you have a moment, I'd like anyone's thoughts about my waiver question:

I would go Votto then Davis. I think that would be best for your team.

i'm looking long and hard at this guy now, he's flat out mashing in spring training. 1B,3B and C eligibility too.

No. Imo, you have 4 guys to pick from.
McLouth, Votto, Davis, Shields. I would take a hitter, and hope to nab Shields with next pick.

Vottos career oba is .367. Not too shabby. McLouth oba could be higher, but he gives you 25-30 sb. No way do i take a 37 year old in a keeper over those guys.

Guzman, who ya taking?

Thanks for all the input guys. Aiming for Davis but will be very happy with McClouth or Votto too. We'll see who slips to me at 3 :) Keep the suggestions coming. ;-D

My order for preference would be Votto, then Davis, but I would definitely be considering Shields (your staff would be pretty dang filthy).

Thanks for the help with mine!
