I feel my pitching is good but not outstanding, but we all cannot have a perfect team can we, Kurt Suzuki is one of my sleeper picks this year.

haha sorry wanted to try somethin different with smileys, sorry im an idiot... but anyways im not at all big on Suzuki, i don't think hes gonna get the job done, but if your confident thats a plus... i love the team outside of Gordon, Santana, Volstad and Lastings.... but like you said you can't have a perfect team... Lastings if your using him for the purpose of he could be a huge breakout candidate then your all good... Gordon i just keep hearing hes gonna produce and he still hasn't... i know the santana pick and its gonna be great late season to give your team a boost and Volstad may just pan out... like your top 4 SP very very solid, got your saves covered... oh and btw love the OF of Quentin/Kemp/Pence that is huge, and Pujols and Pedroia uptop anchoring your squad, very nice looking team...
As is, your team is playoff-bound but you need your 3B to breakout among other things to win it all. It depends on who's available at FA at the C spot, but Suzuki should be OK in a roto league -- solid but unspectacular option.
A very nice looking infield, besides the question mark in Gordon. He's had a good spring though and could finally bust out like he's been predicted to do before. Kemp and Quentin are a very solid duo to start in the OF, and I think you'll eventually be spelling Milledge for Jones.
On the pitching side, Nathan is as consistent as they come. Broxton finally gets the chance to close, and I think he will excel in that role. Peavy is your ace of course, and Shields, Cain, and Garza are nice complements to him. I picked Volstad in one of my drafts recently... I like him quite a bit in a young Marlins rotation. Price should be up soon enough to slide into the Rays rotation, and he's worth stashing on the bench for now.
Overall, I think you've got a nice team. Not a ton of questions either; just keep an eye on the waiver wire for any gems, but I think you're on your way to a good season.
on my other teams I got Pablo Sandoval (C/1B/3B) and Mike Aviles (2B/SS) on my bench to cover, but I didn't luck out on this draft, Kelly Johnson I plan on using to try and trade for a decent 3B just in case Gordon falters and if my intuition with Suzuki is wrong, thenthere are plenty of options behind the plate on waivers
you might want to try and upgrade your outfield a little bit. i like your pitching staff a lot. there might be a better option at catcher out there, but i would hold on to suzuki to see what he does early in the season.
