Team one could use another catcher since Napoli is starting the season on DL. Team 1 also a little overboard on RP but good bargaining chips, and a roster spot for kouzmanoff, I don't see to often. Team one upgrade would be mainly pitching since you are relying on Felix, (playing on a horrible team), and AJ (Very injury prone). I would look at aquiring Kevin Slowey.
Team 2, would look at a better sleeper option at catcher like Kurt Suzuki or John Baker. SS and 3B are definately a little worrisome, but may be okay, good to look at a upgrade there. RP for a 14 teamer is great would look to move one since you SP is sketchy at best Liriano (is he the real deal), Joba (5th starter, not many innings or wins coming his way) danks, Volstad very unproven.
of cours I am a Padre fan and love Kouzmanoff, and can see .280 25hrs from him this season, I think Hardy will do okay, you do have 3 1B options and if you feel like you need another SS, I would gamble on Khalil Greene more than LaRoche or Ishikawa, he is at a hitters park now and could go .275 25hrs.

for team 1... I like your pitching but do think its a bit reliever heavy... I really dont see the need for all those closers, I might try to deal one.
Your utility spots need to hit better IMO, I don't expect adam jones to do much of anything this year, and while kousmanoff and laroche both have shown 20+ HR power, they hit for mediocore average and will struggle to score and drive in runs as they are on teams practically devoid of surrounding offense.
As for team 2
wow, really good lineup for a 14 teamer, I dont mind kouzmanoff so much here because of how deep the league is.
Your pitching concerns me only to the extent that liriano stays healthy and joba has the innings cap. When theyre out there theyll be fine, but who knows for how long?
Overall, really solid teams with a few adjustments to make( in my view) Especially the 14 teamer. Good stuff
Oh, should've mentioned in the late rounds i like to gobble up the quasi closers as trade bait.
Really? you don't like Adam Jones? He's said he wants to reach 30-40 steals this year and with 7 in spring training and the coaching letting him and Markakis loose, it looks like he'll get there or atleast be close. Then you add the 15-20 home run power that he has THIS year and that's just icing on the cake. He'll be batting a top the Orioles lineup for a decent amount of runs. And if he can hit .280, that's .280/15/30 in the late rounds. I love it.
I have faith in Kouzmanoff to give me a decent average this year, hopefully. This is Laroche's walk year, hopefully he can turn it up for the money incentive. His career .270 average won't kill you either.
