Dukes is definitely worth an add. I'd drop Andrus or Lewis for him if you insist on Junior staying aboard.

Definitely do it.

I think Andrus is the one to go as Lewis has some pretty good upside himself. In fact, I think that Andrus is basically Lewis-lite on offense... problem is, you don't really want a .260 BA with no power nowhere near your lineup.
