Obviously this is an 8 team league...So Should I trade Sheilds and Rios (obvious depth) for an upgrade at 2nd in Kinsler? With trading a spot away and ARod on the DL soon, it would open a spot for a Scherzer (innigs pitched is NICE for a RP here) and a Price or Danks and or Nelson Cruz/Jay Bruce......

I don't even have to look at your lineup to tell you to do this deal in a heartbeat. It's a no brainer, especially in an 8 team league. Your guys are easily replacible. Kinsler is not.
