Pick up Damon WHIR

I am looking at picking up Johnny damon and dropping Werth or Burrell. I put Hoffman on the DL and picked up percival for the closer position. What do ya think? i know burrell will get more hrs but werth will have a better avg and more sbs. please help. I will help in return.

Werth is also LF eligible...You think Guillen is worth dropping to keep Werth and Burrell?
