I feel like you have a team without a lot of star-power but with pretty solid balance and depth. Would try to improve in the outfield so you're not starting Ibanez as your #3OF, and if the league is pitching heavy then it's worth keeping an eye on hot pitchers regardless. But otherwise, stand pat, see how things go and see who in your league struggles early/might be willing to deal a slow-starting star for .80 on the dollar.
