right now, it looks like a great offer, b/c arod is out of action. later, it might come back to bite you. however, i like felipe lopez, and he could be solid for you. you're getting 2 quality pitchers. it depends on where your league gets most points... pitching or hitting. if it's pitching, i'd do it.
