First off this is a 5x5 standard yahoo scoring league. 12 teams. Only difference is we have 2 utility spots. I kept Lincecum in the 7th round and wainwright in the 17th round. We will have two keepers again next year also. I personally feel I am weak at power numbers for sure. If BJ ryan keeps his job, my closers should be fine, and SP should be good barring injuries. I think SB;s, runs, ave should be fine also. Do you think I need to address my power situation right away, or you think I can stock pile K's and solid pitching numbers early and maybe package pitching and a good bat for a stud bat around All-start break time.

I think you need some help in the util spot...whose available on waivers? pm me if you'd like a recommendation. like your MI and OF (which looks like you should ahve been able to get it on the cheap). pitching is solid-ish. I'm not super sold on peavy this year...so if you see a chance to take a slight downgrade in pitching and upgrade elsewhere i wouldn't say it's a bad thing. I believe gaby sanchez was sent down as well.
Just posted a response for yours also. I already picked up mike lowell in case berkmans injury turns into something more and I can put huff at first and him at 3rd. FA's available are Tejada, theriot, swisher, hudson, cust, headly, hafner, palonco, garko, luck scott, blake, kubal, wiggingham, jacobs, mcpherson, rowand, ross, fuckadome to name a few.
Here is my updated team after a couple adds and drops. Do you think I need to make any moves right away. Leave a link and I will comment on any post. There is one trade I could make right now. It is chipper for abreu. He needs and outfielder and sb's and hates chipper because of injurys. I almost pulled the trigger right away, but then if chipper does get hurt, I am in trouble in utility spots, and I will only have 4 outfielders and not one a long time proven guy. Again regular 5x5 scoring. 12 man league. It is a pretty competitive league, 10 of the 12 have been here for 9 years now.

If Dukes starts playing he's a no-brainer. If not I'd try to get a position guy with some upside like a Kouzmanoff...or at least monitor them as you'll need HRs at some point.
If ifs and buts were beer and nuts we'd have one heck of a party....
