You may need a slight upgrade at SP, especially with Price in the minor leagues.

I want an upgrade at SP and at Utility. That's what I'd be working hard core on right now if I were you....

I'd be looking for immediate help in two places: starting pitching and OF. You've got quantity of both, but not a lot of quality. You're also going to need a fill-in catcher until Mauer is healthy.

Unfortunately, I don't see any obvious areas of positional strength. You could roll the dice with Garko at CI and see what you could get for Berkman or Votto. You could also hope the Giants are right about Lewis. They think he's a poor man's Rios, so you could try moving Rios for a quality starter (thinking James Shields, Chris Young, Dice-K...not top tier, but better than all but Lackey for what you've got).

A lot depends on what's on your waiver wire. In the deeper leagues I'm in, guys like Kendry Morales and Mike Fontenot are on the wire, so if similar is available for you, you could move a Berkman, a Votto or even a Brandon Phillips and plug one of those guys in their place assuming you got back someone who'd be a good upgrade elsewhere.

As for catcher...you could probably cut Rowland-Smith or Sean Marshall for a fill-in without hurting yourself.

Good luck!

Your starting pitching and OF is good but not great. Perhaps package some of your quantity for more quality. 2 for 1's, etc.

Help w/mine?

Your starting pitching isn't bad for a league that size, but another quality arm or two definitley couldn't hurt. I might be more eager to get another impact OF bat. You're pretty thin there, especially if Rios turns out to be more 15-15 than 30-30.

I agree with trying to upgrade your SP. Your team is short on power. Trade some speed for power.

Thanks for helping with mine...

I think my main focus would be acquiring a backup 3B that could play UTIl if Hafner doesn't pan out, and getting some pop in your OF.

I just don't trust Chipper or Pronk, ad I don't see Rios giving you more than 22 HR,and it'd be nce to supplement that with at least ONE other guy in the OF that will carry some of the power burden. I think you've got PLENTY of sped between Rollins and your OF, so I'd look to move a guy like Victorino for a big OF bat on a team looking for speed.

Of course, if Pronk pans out, that power shortage will not look bad at all, I just don't know how good the chances of him coming back around are. I think your pitching could use alittle help too until Price gets the call-up, but I think once he comes up you'll be fine there.

So, my focus would be Victorino for a high-profile slugger, or another speedy OF for a source of cheaper power... A backup 3B off the WW or as a throw-in on the previous trade, and if you still have any bullets left to fire tryand find a temporary replacement for Price on your pitching staff.
