Who are best RP???

In my league RP can be very valuable with Holds k/9 Saves and whip being players. So far had a few guys on my list such as arrendondo, shields, balfour, saito, masterson, ext... Who would make a good pick for a strong RP in these categories.

The order you listed them, from best to worst, would be how I would draft them as well for the most part.
