who should i offer for bell ......Jimenez, Wellemeyer, Wandy Rodriguez, or Manny Parra

without knowing anything else I would say it does not matter because the Bell owner would reject all of them.

I agree that probably all of them will be rejected. The one most likely to get ME to accept would be Parra, but even that is probably unlikely. Jimenez is the second most likely. I don't think any of them will work....but it is worth a shot.
