PLEASE HELP ME!!! (Drunk Drafting)

Hola Cafers, I did a little too much celebrating druring the draft this year and made some whacky picks to say the least. I wound up with a rookie/unproven outfield and no SP. I was trying to get the best RP's I could since there are 9 pitching categories and we are playing holds. I don't want any lectures, I don't want any pity, I just want your help. I need to get some things straightened out before the season starts and any advice will be appreciated. Here are some of the notable players on the WW:

Batters: Butler, Francoer, Church, Spilborghs, Dickerson, Fukudome, Crede, Duncan, Byrnes, Hermida, Hafner, Konerko

I just have one question before I begin, who the hell did you pick in the 3rd?

Pick up Church and Weaver. Drop 2 of the bums (Saito, Ishikawa, Marmol, etc.)

Well as bad as you think your team is I would say to wait it out. The only hitter I would consider at this time is Butler.

I would NOT add a SP or do anything with your pitching staff. With the P's you have now you should be competitive in L, SV, Hold, 2B, TB, ERA & Whip.

Yes, it's a money league, it's $235/team and it's competitive as hell.
