Analyze my team

I'm in a 10 team league on ESPN. It's head to head and it's a 5 player keeper that we just started this year. Can anyone help me out in areas that I am lacking and any stats that I may need to trade for. What would you give me on a scale from 1-10?

1B- P. Fielder
2B- Pedrioa
SS- Tulowitzki
3B- Youk

My concern would be with your SPs. When they are all healthy, they are dominant. But they all come with a risk on injury. Personally, I think that Cantu will start off really hot, so you could wait until he takes off, then trade him or you could trade Youk now for a package including a great SP.

I was thinking about dealing Big Papi. If I put him up on the block, do you think I should look for another starting Pitcher. Do you think I need another bat at all?
