Someone dropped him in my 10-teamer and he's a FA so I won't have to burn my #2 waiver on him. Here is my current OF's. We start 3 OF and 3 Util. Thanks!
Ryan Braun (Mil - OF)
Matt Holliday (Oak - OF)
Raúl Ibañez (Phi - OF)
Johnny Damon (NYY - OF)
Xavier Nady (NYY - OF)
Daniel Murphy (NYM - OF)

I like Chris Young a lot with the line-up around him and the excellent ball park. He has above average speed and has 30/30 potential. If you like him, I'd drop either Daniel Murphy or Xavier Nady for him.
Jay Bruce is mah franchize. I love you Chris Davis!

I'd do it for Nady. I can't understand why and how everyone loves and drafts him this year. I see a platoon guy historically who is in a crowded OF and who was well over his head last year. I don't see it ending well.

Yeah, Nady may not have a spot in the line-up come June. The Yankees have been shopping him throughout the spring, so his only value is if he is traded to a team where he will start.
Yankees future OF: Austin Jackson, Brett Gardner, Melky Cabrera
Jay Bruce is mah franchize. I love you Chris Davis!

I thought Nady got the start over Swisher in RF? Ham I missing something here? Oh well, I decided to go ahead and drop him for Young and take your advice. I'm guessing Daniel Murphy will have more value than X Nady in that Mets lineup since he'll have a better spot in the batting order than Nady will.

Yes Nady was named starter, but in that crowded Yankees OF and the fact that they may want to showcase Swisher and Melky, means less playing tme for many of the starters, I predict .280 15hrs 5sb for Nady, Young .260 30/30, and Murph .300 15hrs, and 10sb, with possibly more power/speed, the ets consider him a poor mans David Wright, and may move to 1B next season. So the clear cut loser here is Nady.
comment on mine, please?
