Conor Jackson or Carlos Guillen?

I am trying to decide which of these 2 to pick up. I have Delgado at 1b, Chipper at 3b and Spilborghs at Util so I am looking for someone to fill in mostly at 1b and Util and 3b eligibility wouldn't hurt as a backup for Chipper. I have Arod as well but he is out til Mid May. Jackson and Guillen seem like they will put up similar numbers. Guillen does have 3b eligibility though. Steals are a little more important with the rest of my lineup so maybe Guillen has a slight edge there as well. Seems like everyone has Jackson rated higher though. Which would you grab and/or what do you project for both guys if they stay uninjured the entire season?

Also, once someone goes on the DL I will have another open spot that I could use to pick up both Guillen and Jackson but I'd like to get a good ratio MR guy instead.
