I like this team, but there are three things that leap out for me:

1. You've got too few pitchers. If IP and CG are categories, you need more SP than you have, and you should also have enough relievers to run a full slate of them in your P and RP slots everyday. There would be some logic to having a Kuo or a Villanueva as well so that you can run out one more reliever most days, too, in an SP slot. This relates to....

2. For a sixteen team league, your offense and offensive depth is amazing. Unfortunately, it's useless for the most part. You really have bad options at 1b, 2b, and SS, especially so in an OPS league.

My prescription: I'd target guys like Dunn who could replace Jacobs, who might come cheap with the BA but who'll kill at OPS. Cruz and Jacobs for Dunn? Maybin and Polanco for Uggla? That way, you're upgrading your usable players and creating spots for more pitching.
