If i set the FAAb to run at 1pm on Sunday afternoon, will the add/drops be effective the next day, or that day, thus potentially making rosters illegal?

The next day. However, I don't think you can choose the time of day for them to run. They all run at 1:00 AM CST. Hope that helps.

You can't set the time, only the day. It always runs shortly after midnight. If you choose it to run on a Sunday in the Commissioner Controls, it actually runs early in the morning (shortly after midnight) on Monday.
