Thats an interesting group of players there. I believe the who will give you the best peripherals will be Dallas Braden although he will only be a spot starter/middle innings guy, so wins wont be plentiful although the rest of that group wont be racking up too many wins either.
Braden---probably the best peripherals of the group
Hill-------The wild card of the group. If he can get healthy and regain his control (big if) he could post solid numbers. (Again a big if)
Perkins--The only reason I rank him above Bannister is because he is having a solid Spring
