14 team H2H Redraft rate me! Will Rate in Return!!!!

I'm not feeling so hot about my team. Let me know what/where you see improvement
Let me know who I should start too!
I know I need to make a couple moves, but analyze and leave a link please! Thx cafe

14 team Yahoo H2H REDRAFT
R H HR RBI SB CS TB AVG
W L SV ER K HLD ERA WHIP QS

C 1B 2B 3B SS OF OF OF UTIL
SP SP RP RP P P P
BN BN BN BN BN

C - Wieters - I know he's in AAA, but when he gets the call up, I'm banking on him. Need a backup still when AROD goes on DL I will have a slot
1B - C. Pena, Helton
2B - Utley, J. Lopez
3B - Aramis Ramirez, AROD
SS - Furcal, S. Drew
OF - Rios, Abreu, Lind

SP - C. Young, Verlander, Maholm, Cueto, J. Zimmermann
RP - K. Gregg, C. Ray, J. Arredondo, Hong-Chih Kuo

My inital opinion is that:
I've got great backups on 2b, 3b, and ss, which are shallow to start with. Balanced power and speed (a little power heavy)
OF is a little shaky for now. These 3 should get me some decent numbers though.
SP has some upside, but is still shaky. Banking on them having bounce back years, or a good first year.
RP has upside, but missing a solid closer. Banking on Ray getting the closing job sooner than later. Not sure Arredondo's role yet.

Where should I start making moves?
Can you give me a little info and the (future) roles of: C. Ray, J. Arredondo?

You are going to have to make some moves to aquire some pitching to be a dangerous team. On paper I love it just have to wait to see how things will pan out.

Love Zimmerman and Lind picks.

Depending on how long weiters is down your team could be competitive.

Thanks for the help.

I like it...good balance as far as I can see. Your backups should provide good trade chips...I would first see where you need help (ie. SB, HR) as the season goes on and then shop one of them for whatever you may need. At this point I see catcher (is John Baker available?...he probably hits 2nd and has an awesome OBP, altho Paulino may eat some of his ABs against lefties now), pitcher (altho in a 14 team it could work, especially now that Gregg is closer), and OF as your potential weak spots. Overall tho, its very solid for a 14 team league. To your questions about your RPs. I think Gregg is a bit risky since he does blow some saves here and there, so if he has a few in a row early, it could be bye bye. Ray should take over the closer role real soon and may even take some saves to start the season. Arredondo is a good P for your peripherals and for holds...I actually see him becoming as valuable if not more than Shields down the road, and if Fuentes goes down its him not Shields who will take over. Good luck!!

Thoughts on mine please?

With more pitching cats than hitting you are probably going to struggle. You definitely have the depth in your infield to improve your situation but I hate entering a season planning to trade. Seems like your league has a pretty short bench so there are bound to be some waiver guy that can help out.

Good luck

There should be 9 hitting and 9 pitching cats
