Helton is coming off back surgery but he's been absolutely raking this spring. Kotchman had the flu but also homered today and has some upside with his youth. I'm looking to pickup one of these two to be a part time UT bat in my lineup. Its a 12 team H2H league thats 8x8 (Hits, K and BB count). I only get 50 moves all year so wanted to get some opinions before I jumped the gun...

Which would you rather roll the dice with? Kotchman or Helton.

Neither go with Travis Ishikawa!

I think Kotchman is a better bet to play regularly but Helton has a track record he could back when healthy. I lean Helton.
