Howard/Dunn value in OBP league?

We use OBP and total bases instead of BA but everything else is the same

Just how high should I move these two on my draft board?

Does Howard get into that elite 4 or 5 at the top?

How close does Dunn get to the the first and second round?

I've got both in my OBP keeper league - Howard is a solid top 5 pick now, and Dunn is probably worth a 2nd round pick, but you might be able to get him in the 3rd.
