My strategy here was to fill out the offense with balanced contributors; guys like Rios, Damon, and Young can bring some production to several categories without being too deficient in others. I believe I will to contend for 10-12 in Runs, .BA, and SBs while HRs and RBIs project to about 7-8 with potential depending on guys like Posada and Holliday to contribute that little something extra in order to bump up a little bit. I like Morales, LaPorta, and Jacobs on the bench for the power that I could swap in if need be -- Jacobs has looked strong this spring, and I'm interested in how he will perform in his new ballpark.
My pitching strategy was stack a bunch of potential around Sabathia and Gallardo. Young, Bedard, and Santana have health concerns -- but all have good to huge upside if healthy. Carmona has been very good in ST, and Weaver/Jimenez are around if innings are needed.
