Well the problem is that you don't have very good SP. I would think that putting Manny into your OF would be a huge lift. But Wilson is not as important as another SP would be. Fuentes and Valverde are already good enough closers. I guess with Maybin on your bench, your OF has potential to do significantly better if he plays up to his talent level. I don't know that you're going to get a better offer than that. If I had Manny, I would want Hamels and Drew without giving you anything else. Since you are getting Wilson too, this is really a good deal for you. It comes down to how comfortable you are scouring the waiver wire for pitching all year. If you're comfortable with that, and you should be, then I say go for it.

Olver Perez is always a flip of a coin when he starts, Duchscher is out till like May and Floyd isnt a real strong SP... I dont think you can afford letting Hamels go.
Do you really need Manny? You seem to be in good shape in the power department... I would leave it alone IMO.
Help me?

Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...
Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

yeah the problem is that your SP and your OF are both weak. so making this trade would just make things void. and drew and maybin could turn out to be good. drew did carry some people for a couple of weeks. i would rather have a quality starting pitcher like hamels. SP is harder to come across, and you don't ever need to worry about "hamels, being hamels" just watch out for the WW for a OF, but you have the guy whose going to be the best surprise in maybin
