Pitching dilemma

I am new to a 5x5 league. We have no bench and play 5 SP's.

I have 2 pitchers who I am concerned about: Brandon Morrow and Max Scherzer.

In free agency I can pick up Armando Galarraga, Gil Meche, Todd Wellemeyer

What do you think?
