What would you do with this team in terms of strengths and weaknesses? and possible trading?

No, not bad at all.

Depending on your format, another SP might be a good idea, and Hasegawa is probably expendable at this point. With such a small bench, it might be tough to come up with trade offers, but you could try offering one of your OFs (Gonzalez, maybe?) to a team that needs a bat.
