I have just been offered Ryan Ludwick, Tim Lincecum, and Chase Utley for my Josh Hamilton, Jake Peavy, and Brandon Phillips. My team is in need of some pitching and would like some opinions on this trade please.

I wouldn't. You might be getting slightly more value, but it's not godd for wrt categories. If you trade Phillips and are planning on competing in SB, you'd be force to play both Young and Taveras - and that's not good given the rest of your lineup.
