You've got a glaring hole in 2nd especially since DeWitt won't find much playing time. Check the wire for some other options. Maybe Mark Ellis or Mike Fontenot are available, or even someone better. The other position players are good, though D-Lee is very overrated at this point.
You have a bunch of good pitchers, but no great ones. You paid a premium for Liriano, which I don't like because there's too much uncertainty there. No great closers, but that's usually how I play it as well.
Overall if all the pitching falls in place it could be a solid team.
2B is definitely a hole. Assuming Alexei is 2b/ss eligible I'd try to trade from your depth of pitching for a MI. Wainwright, Harang, Johnson, Scherzer can all be dangled to see what you can get in return.
Hal·la·day, n. 1. every fifth day in Philadelphia. 2. a day of rest for the bullpen. 3. innings eater. 4. doc. 5. ace.
I'd say that Casilla is worth owning. Well, at least he's better than DeWitt. I'd make the swap immediately, but still look to bolster the position via trade. I like the idea of dealing pitching... find the guy in you league that is in love with upside/ youngsters and offer him Scherzer; hope for someone like DeRosa or Cano in return.
Like the consensus has said, you need a better fill-in than DeWitt. Alexi Casilla is an option, but if guys like Asudrubal Cabrera is available, I would consider him as well since he plays both 2B and SS and makes for a fine flyer pickup -- if not, then just plug in Alexei Ramirez on either spot.
