Ubaldo, Parra, Sanchez, Pick 2...WHIR

Postby Zhangman1 » Sun Mar 29, 2009 12:52 am

Chris Ray is looking like he'll be the closer sooner rather than later.

I'm in need of a closer and my original plan was to wait for kelvim escobar to start the season on the DL then pick up Ray. However, I think I should get ray sooner rather than later.

Should I drop Ubaldo Jiminez, Manny Parra, or Jonathan Sanchez

So you wouldn't just drop Escobar?

If not, then I'd cut Parra. I don't see his ERA or Whip being all that great, while Jimenez should stay about the same and Sanchez's could get much better.

instead of just dropping one of these guys, can you offer one up in a trade to get a reliever? i like all three of these guys' potential, so it's hard to pick one to just out right drop.

take a look at mine please: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=374557

I don't see Escobar having as much value as any of the three, but if you think differently then by all means go ahead.
